a) Jolly Buoy Island / Red Skin Island

  • These are government-regulated tickets.
  • Once booked, tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Date changes are not permitted.

b) Ross Island & North Bay Trips

  • Cancellation policies vary by boat operator.
  • In general:
    • More than 48 hours before travel: Partial refund (operator dependent)
    • Within 48 hours: No refund
  • Processing charges may apply.

c) Ferry Tickets (Inter-Island)

  • Cancellation & refund are strictly as per ferry operator rules.
  • Some fares may be:
    • Non-refundable
    • Partially refundable with deductions
  • Name or date changes depend on operator approval.

d) Game Fishing & Water Activities

  • Cancellations must be informed at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Last-minute cancellations may result in no refund.
  • Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded as per operator terms.

3. Cancellation Due to Weather or Force Majeure

  • Services may be cancelled due to:
    • Bad weather
    • Rough sea conditions
    • Government or port authority restrictions
  • In such cases:
    • Alternative dates or services may be offered
    • Refunds (if applicable) depend on operator approval

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to report at the boarding point on time will be treated as No Show.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-shows.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  • Bank or gateway charges may be deducted.

6. Service Fee

  • AndamanTicketHub.com may charge a service or processing fee.
  • Service fees are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
