All services are powered by local operators and Make Memory Travels – Andaman DMC.

2. Nature of Service

  • We act as a booking facilitator and service coordinator.
  • Actual services are provided by authorized ferry operators, boat operators, and activity vendors.
  • Ticket confirmation is subject to availability, weather conditions, and government regulations.

3. Enquiries & Confirmations

  • Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee booking.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after:
    • Availability confirmation
    • Full or partial payment (as applicable)
  • Details shared via WhatsApp, email, or phone will be treated as official communication.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to:
    • Seasonal demand
    • Government fee changes
    • Operator policies
  • Final price will be confirmed before payment.
  • Payments once made are subject to cancellation & refund policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation rules vary based on:

  • Service type
  • Operator policy
  • Time of cancellation

In most cases:

  • Government tickets (like Jolly Buoy) are non-refundable
  • Private ferry / activity refunds depend on operator approval

Processing charges may apply. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

  • Services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to:
    • Bad weather
    • Sea conditions
    • Government restrictions
    • Natural calamities
  • In such cases, alternative dates or services may be offered subject to availability.
  • No liability will be accepted for delays or cancellations beyond our control.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Guests must carry valid government ID proof.
  • Reporting time at jetty / boarding point must be followed strictly.
  • Late arrival may result in no show with no refund.
  • Follow all safety instructions given by crew and operators.

8. Health & Safety

  • Participation in water activities and game fishing is at the guest’s own risk.
  • Guests must declare any medical conditions before booking.
  • AndamanTicketHub.com is not responsible for injuries caused due to negligence or non-compliance with safety guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for:
    • Loss of personal belongings
    • Delays caused by operators
    • Changes made by government authorities
  • Our liability is limited strictly to the service coordination role.
